In accordance with the provisions of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the buyer can return the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. Within 5 working days of your request, our courier company will collect the item at the time you indicate. Transport costs will be paid by the customer. If you prefer, you can send it with another logistics company, postage paid, to the address:

  • No refund will be made unless previously notified by the customer within the specified period. To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with any accessories or promotional gifts included. Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse, and after checking its condition, we will proceed, within 14 days, to refund its amount in accordance with the payment method used by the buyer. The shipping costs of the order will not be refunded. The product to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.
  • Return costs will always be borne by the customer. In any case, the return of defective products or incorrect shipments will be accepted, and the company will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment. Important: For hygienic and sanitary reasons, changes or returns will not be accepted on cosmetic products that have been opened and/or used.
  • In any case, it will be understood that the buyer has been aware of his right of withdrawal from the moment he enters the online store, which requires the reading and acceptance of these Purchase Conditions, and in any case, from the moment he places the order.
  • Products ordered directly from the manufacturer cannot be returned. Returns of items made to customer specifications or personalized items will not be accepted.
  • If the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to what was requested in the order or is defective, the company will cover the return and new shipping costs. If the product arrives defective or in poor condition due to transport, the buyer must call the Customer Service Department (+34 921 50 64 50) within 24 hours of receipt to make the claim.
  • If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs. The return costs will be €8 for the Peninsula and €12 for the Balearic Islands, VAT included.

Conditions for accepting the return:

  • Products must be returned within 14 business days from the date the customer notifies them of the return. Products must be returned in their original box or packaging. If the product is wrapped in paper, this paper must not have been opened.
  • The products cannot have been used.
  • The products must not have suffered any damage, so care must be taken with them while they are in the possession of the customer.
  • Note: Do not put adhesive tape, stickers or anything on the original packaging that could damage it, preventing it from being put back on sale.
