The back room is a haven for research, where Amelia uncovers the secrets of plants and creates new skin remedies. Everything comes from careful observation of nature, the study of traditional methods of the area and a constant search for gentle but effective recipes.
In this place, artisan work and the almost scientific rigor of an enterprising woman who left the city following her instinct to turn a passion into her way of life coexist. The soap bars are made over a slow fire with cold-extracted ingredients to maintain their properties intact. Extra virgin olive oil from a Cordoba oil mill is the base of the patented formula, an ingenious blend of exquisitely flavoured green olive oil, vegetable butters and plant essences that nourishes, moisturizes and protects the skin.
Once the bars are made, the soaps are carefully cut and packaged by hand using recycled materials. Without using glue, or generating waste or bad fumes. The commitment to nature covers the entire process, from start to finish.

My Wife's Soaps is a cosmetic manufacturer authorized by the Spanish Medicines Agency with all the permits to carry out said activity with Authorization number 02429CS . In accordance with the requirements set by the Institute, we control the origin of our ingredients, the production process in our facilities and all our batches have passed a laboratory analysis. We can guarantee the excellent quality of our products.
Our enthusiasm is linked to a great effort in management to cover the costs associated with the official regulation. Since June 2013, the requirements have become even more stringent due to the entry into force of Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products.
