Why are soaps shaped like that?
It is our mark of distinction. Proof that our soaps are made and cut by hand. There is no one like it.

Why don't you use palm oil?
We prefer to use extra virgin olive oil as the base of our soaps for two reasons. 1. Extra virgin olive oil is an oil with superior properties to palm oil. 2. Due to its low price, palm oil is an ingredient used in the cosmetic and food industry to obtain higher margins for its manufacturers. Its production wreaks havoc on the environment.

How long do your soaps last?
It depends on what you use it for! Being made with natural oils and butters free of emulsifiers and chemical preservatives, our soaps emulsify in a creamier way. We suggest that after use, keep them in a ventilated place in a container that acts as a strainer, allowing the remaining water to drain. One trick is to use a soap dish with some river stones at the bottom.

Can we visit your factory?
We will be delighted to welcome you to our shop in Santiuste de Pedraza, Segovia. For health reasons, the production area is closed to the public.

I have been diagnosed with psoriasis, can I use your soaps?
Yes, our soaps are indicated for the cosmetic treatment of sensitive skin.

I have a friend who makes natural soaps at home. How is this different from your products?
Unlike its friend, Los Jabones de Mi Mujer is a cosmetics manufacturer authorised by the Spanish Agency for Medicines with all the permits to carry out this activity. Following the requirements set by the Institute, we control the origin of our ingredients, the manufacturing process and all our batches have passed a laboratory analysis. We can guarantee the excellent quality of our products.

Why can't I pay by cash on delivery through the post office?
It is our intention to provide a fast service and guaranteed delivery by hand. We have seen greater customer satisfaction with postal delivery or express courier. A competitive price that does not differ much from the cost of a cash on delivery delivery by post.

Where can I find your products?
We market and distribute our products in our shop and workshop in Santiuste de Pedraza, Segovia. You can also buy online by clicking here .

Do you offer soap making classes?
We only manufacture and distribute our own brand. There are authorized professionals in the sector who offer this option.

I want to be a natural soap maker, where do I start?
The Spanish Medicines Agency can inform you of the procedure to follow to start manufacturing cosmetics.

Where can I see and buy your products?
In our online store where you can place your order.

How can I be sure that my order has been received?
You will receive an email confirmation and a confirmation message at the time of ordering.

How can I check the status of an order I have placed?
Log in as a user in the "Login " section (located in the main menu ).

How do promo codes work?
From time to time we give you the opportunity to take advantage of other special offers by entering promotional codes during the online ordering process. These discount vouchers are available for online orders and cannot be applied to previous purchases . Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes. Our online store currently accepts European orders. For orders outside of Europe , please contact our head office in Segovia, Spain for information on international shipping and rates.

Is it safe to order online ?
Ordering online at Los Jabones de Mi Mujer is convenient and secure . When you click "Checkout ," your payment is processed through a secure server using Secure Socket Layer ( SSL) advanced encryption technology . Your credit card information is encrypted and held on BBVA's secure server . This information is not sent online. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized persons to read the information you send us over a secure server. If you are not comfortable ordering online , we are happy to take note of your order by emailing pedidos@losjabonesdemimujer.com .

What is your return policy?
Los Jabones de mi Mujer will only accept returns of items purchased through the website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your online purchase or for any other discrepancy with an order, please send us an email to pedidos@losjabonesdemimujer.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping costs and products outside this period are exempt from return.

What do I do if the products in my order were damaged in shipping ?
If the package was damaged during shipping , please contact us at info@losjabonesdemimujer.com . We will replace the damaged products and file a claim with the shipping company so they can pick up and examine the package.

Can I request samples?
Due to the high volume of requests we receive , we can only send samples upon request.
