Lights, Camera, Cut!

The art of cutting artisanal soap: precision, aroma and quality in every bar.
The cutting of natural soap is as crucial as the cutting of great cheeses, an art that requires precision and skill. Just as a master cheesemaker examines each wheel of cheese, we, soap artisans, carry out meticulous quality control during this phase. It is at this point that we define the texture and shape of our soap bars, ensuring that we maintain excellence in each product.

The charm of aroma: Enjoying the essences
Once the soap bars have dried, it is time to cut them. It is during this process that a true delight is unleashed for the senses, especially for the sense of smell. As each bar of soap is carefully cut, the air is filled with the intoxicating aroma of the natural essences used in its creation. From the freshness of lavender to the warmth of orange, each cut releases an explosion of fragrances that lifts the spirit and transports the person who makes it to a world of gratifying sensations. It is a magical moment where craftsmanship merges with a passion for nature, creating a unique and memorable experience.
We use a double-handled knife to distribute our energy and achieve a precise cut.
Precision in every cut: Challenges and compromises
Our artisanal process begins with the cutting of our natural soap bars. Each cut is an opportunity to ensure the quality and consistency of our creations. During the winter months, when low temperatures affect the texture of the soap, this task becomes an additional challenge. The compact consistency of the soap requires extra effort to achieve precise and uniform cuts.
Applying our weight vertically on the knife helps us obtain a straight line cut .
Unique and distinctive: The result of meticulous work
Each bar of soap is the result of two carefully executed cuts. First, we cut the main bar into manageable sections, and then we divide each section into individual bars. This meticulous process ensures that each bar is unique, with its own distinctive texture and character.
In the second cut we get what is essentially our soap bar.
Shapes that enchant: The influence of mold and cuts
The shape of our handmade soaps is the result not only of the mold used in their creation, but also of the carefully executed cuts during the soapmaking process. Each mold and each cut contribute to defining the unique appearance of our soap bars. This attention to detail at every stage of the artisanal process ensures that each soap is a masterpiece in itself, ready to embellish your personal care routine.

The final touch: Individually weighed and marked
Once the pastilles are cut, we proceed to weigh and mark them individually. This final step ensures that each product meets our quality standards and is ready to be enjoyed by our customers.
